Please save your time and energy and go somewhere else. After moving away and having to deal with businesses in Russellville I have come to realize how unprofessional this town actually is. Jay Joines is nothing less. He's cocky and his office staff is not helpful. Just don't. Go to Bowling Green!!!

I was referred to Mr Joines. I called to hire Mr Joines, and was given a telephone appt for the following week. When I called he talked at me for 5 min, and I was instructed on which information to send for his review, then was given another phone appt for the following week when he had more time to instruct me on which direction to go. Upon calling at my second appt the following week, Mr Joines had no idea who I was, and did not review any of the materials I sent the previous week. He said his staff didn't give him the info (after insinuating that I didn't send it), and put me on hold for 8 minutes while he "looked into my case." At that point I had to hang up. Mr Joines doesn't need your money, because he's just too busy with whatever else he has going on to give you any of his attention. WASTED MY TIME for 2 solid weeks, when I could have been searching for someone else to help me.

Very disappointed, 2 years ago I asked for something to be done, told it would be $75. It was done differently, and I was never called. Now it was $200. Won't be using him/them again

Jay is always very helpful & knowledgeable as an attorney. As a DRC he is always fair & just.

Slow service and when I get food it was cold and all wrong!
