I was referred to this firm by another lawyer that couldn't take our case due to high volume at their firm. It took more than a month to get in touch with anyone. Secretary informed me that Wilson was in a meeting and would get back to us. Took almost another month to get in touch with Wilson and that is only because I kept calling. He never called me back. On our first call he was not the most pleasant. We ended up not going forward to the poor communication and lack thereof and just the lack of basic customer service.
