I was hit by a semi at two weeks postpartum. The ENTIRE staff fought for me like they were hired individually. Every single one of them put on all the pressure for me. I never had to deal with annoying paperwork or arguments. Dan was always by his phone ready to take a call. They blessed my family during a very difficult time.

I only gave five stars as that was the maximum the system would allow! Ben and Dan deserve A LOT more. My husband had a personal injury case after returning from a long trip. Dan even came to our house, which was a distance away to initially discuss his case. They were very professional throughout the duration of his case and kept us aware of everything with the case and were always available when we wanted to discuss the case or just wanted an update and took the time to let us know everything that was going on. They were able to get the settlement for much higher than what we had expected. In addition to that I had an auto accident I was involved in that I thought had passed the timeframe for which you'd be able to file, but they let me know the timeframe to file was longer than I had originally thought. I gave them the information they needed and had the case settled very quickly for a much higher amount than I thought was possible. If you need a lawyer, these are the guys you want to represent you as they actually do care!!
