Poor communication and untrustworthy. Also contacted the customer care and they were no help. Contacted the BBB and Ky state bar to finally get an explanation on how my settlement was disbursed. If I ever need an Attorney again it will not be them.

I would give zero stars if I could because that's exactly what I received for help. This law firm is all about fast cash and favoring with the work Comp insurance company. They do not care about the person that is injured or what is right and true. I've never been more ignored and mistreated in my entire life other than by the doctors involved. If you want a rude incompetent paralegal to represent you then ask for Heather Cunnigan. I say this as a firm truthful warning, not to trust these people. I do not often give reviews, but I felt compelled to give this one. I hope this never happens to anyone else.
