Keep in mind, a BAR association member is not qualified to evaluate parental fitness. This particular law firm was used to provide a "unbiased" investigative report on the history of two parents. She failed to even watch any previous testimony stated under oath by the parents. She ignored the criminal history of one parent and amplified the criminal history of the other (which had been initiated by the other parent, who even had an aggravated assault charge against this parent). She did not exhibit knowledge of post separation abuse and coercive control. We are in the free enterprise system, it is my constitutional right to share my experience. Anyone dealing with family court in Fayette county, please take note.
Very rude. I called and introduced myself and asked if they provide assistance or guidance for self-filing divorce paperwork in a particular county because I had a single document I needed to file and wasn't sure which version to use. I was very quickly cut off and told in a very snotty tone that I could retain him if I wanted to but that he was not going to help me do anything myself. So.... awesome experience
