This law firm came to my rescue at one of the most stressful times of my entire life. I didn't know where to start but they patiently guided me through each step of the process to reach a resolution. I had a representative from your organization call me about a very sensitive malpractice case and I am utterly disgusted at the amount of incorrect and honestly despicable misinformation she spewed. She didn't understand basic dynamics of diabetes and was ready to shoot me down seemingly because it required using her brain a bit more than she wanted to at that moment. I was brutally injured and she treated me like I was a joke. She treated diabetes as if it was a choice and managed to crap on the millions of Americans who require insulin to live. If she was in my position she would have vomited listening to her error filled lazy rhetoric. I get it, it's a hard case. What I don't get? Lying about what qualifies as Malpractice to get someone off the phone even after they tell you they represent an organization with 11 million americans in it. If this woman has any kind of say in your case, you're SOL. She failed basic communication and elementary understanding of Diabetes. I suggest you get this woman to an ADA seminar. Pathetic. I literally read the legal definition of medical malpractice to her and she created her own definition which shows she not only doesn't care about your health but she didn't care about the law. Lazy. Said there was no one else I could speak to so I guess she's a partner? Whatever.
