I want to publicly thank Haley Damron, McKenzie, and Gilbert Law Group for their assistance in my workman's compensation case this past year. They showed great professionalism, were very detailed and very much concern for my welfare. I highly recommend them in a workman's compensation case. I am highly satisfied!

Ms. Gilbert was my SS Disability attorney after being denied the first time. I go before a judge who also denied my case, wrongfully, according to SS guidelines. Ms. Gilbert showed very little help or compassion to me from the start of the attorney/client relationship. She was rude and short with me over the phone numerous times. Our professional relationship ended when the SS judge denied my case and Ms. Gilbert never offered any further help after that. She sat in a chair during the hearing and never spoke up to represent me. I filed a new claim with the SS office, reviewed SS"s guidelines from the internet. I provided all documentation that they required. Ms. Gilbert never ask for this information so we could get all required documents to SS. I won my case on my own the second time that I filed, without an attorney. If your attorney isn't educated on the guidelines that is necessary to win your case then you're wasting your time and money. The SS office provides all the rules required to win your case based on your medical condition, right on the web.

Theresa Gilbert has represented me numerous times throughout my twenty plus years at a major Central Kentucky manufacturer. She has always been very thorough, all my cases were found in my favor! In addition, I feel very secure knowing her and her team are there for me. My family and I are very grateful for her help throughout the years! I would highly recommend!

To anyone who seen the previous review of the Gilbert Law Group.. Know this! That was from someone who has never been there and likes to be in my phone when she has no business being there.. I KEITH STILTZ DID NOT POST ANY REVIEW BEFORE THIS ONE!! This law group has never made me have to wait for an appointment.they are always very polight and I have gotten help any time I called with something that I don't understand.. Yes I recommend that if you need an attorney in the field that Gilbert Law handles. Yes they will try to help you with your issue.

I've had a workman's comp case open against TMMK since 2016 Theresa was clueless about the case in the last meeting we had in 2018 I had no rating she sent me to her friend to get a rating who is an orthopedic doctor for lung damage he wouldn't even talk to me he told me that she was aware that he would not rate me so I wasted time gas for nothing In the last meeting she finally stated she didn't know how to get me a rating pulls out a rating book guideline and states this is speaking Greek to me she is very unprofessional I WOULD NEVER REFER HER TO ANYONE SHE HAS BEEN TERMINATED!!!! I HAVE RECENTLY DONE BUSINESS WITH AMANDA PERKINS WHO WORKS IN THIS OFFICE SHE HAD DID MY GRANDFATHERS BANKRUPTCY AND POA SHE DID A EXCELENT JOB SHE MADE THIS AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE FOR ME AND HIM AS WELL SHE WAS SO FLEXIBLE AND COMMUNICATED THROUGH EMAIL A LOT WITCH REALLY CAME IN HANDY I WOULD SAY GO TO AMANDA TO GET YOU OUT OF TROUBLE WITH YOUR DEBT!!!!! SO I WILL GIVE A BETTER RATING FOR HER JOB WELL DONE!!!!
