I felt rushed when we closed on the land contract that had taken him a long time to draw up, and it wasn't until I told my real estate agent to cancel and we would use a lawyer that I had used for other matters that the contract was done almost overnight. I realized later that he had computed the interest incorrectly which meant a lot less money for me. He also failed to include a prepayment penalty which is standard in the bank loans that I had seen. Afterwards, I felt like he had represented the buyer more than me. I did make sure that my real estate agent was made aware of my unhappiness. Cary Davis did accept my calls afterwards and always blamed my real estate agent. Personally, I would not use him again and I considered contacting the KY Bar but it was easier to just move on with my life. He is a very charming gentleman.

Had my first Greenville closing with Davis and Sparks and it was seamless. Appreciate the communication and efficient transaction. As a Realtor, it is vital to have a great relationship with people that can get the job done professionally in a timely manner. They did not disappoint.

I hate leaving a very negative review but I am really upset with the level of service with our adoption. We leave messages about where our paperwork is at, whether paperwork was turned into the state, etc., and we either get NO phone call returned OR we are told that the paperwork wasn't even submitted yet. I really just want our adoption processed and be able to reach our lawyer at some point.
