Jerry Miniard was great. He kept us informed every step of the way. He was easily contacted by phone with any questions or concerns I might have had. Jerry Miniard is in my opinion the best counselor of law i have ever met. His staff are excellent and organized. He is a great communicator and litigator that puts his clients above all else. Nothing in life is guaranteed but if Jerry tells you something it is the truth. An understanding, just family man. I'd hire him again in a minute to represent me in any legal circumstance. My case was a very difficult one but to him it was nothing. From beginning to end it seemed as though he worked everyday on it for almost a year. Anytime i needed him he was very easy to contact. I can't find any Attorney that represents tenants? Renters do not get any or equal representation in a court of law in America. The system is set up to support big corporate owners. I am a disabled combat veteran being denied a new lease by Parkland Place now called The Champion Club in Florence Kentucky because they raise their prices and no longer except HudVash or section 8 renters. It seems like they only rent to Somalians and Guatemalan refugees. The next flood of refugees will be from Ukraine and Russia, but we can't even find housing for Americans these days. It's a national emergency being ignored by our so-called leaders in government and corporate America... I don't mean any of this as a negative ding nor do I have any complaints about your office. I got your number on two separate calls from the attorney referral service after I told them what I needed an attorney for. My family has use your practice before and you did a great job. This is a national problem. I tried to make an appointment twice so you already have my contact info if u want to talk.

A special Thanks to Jerry Miniard for his hard work. After losing my daughter in a car accident last year. I was in no shape to deal with the Insurance companies and was not able to get any compensation. Mr Miniard took ownership of the situation and was able to not only talk to the insurance companies but able to get them to pay a settlement. I regard him as a friend and enthusiastically recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer.
