I am a former claims specialist with SSA. I entrusted McDowell, Stromatt & Associates of Elizabethtown to assist me with the disability hearing. Amy Galvin was my Case Manager and Jeff Smith was my Hearings Manager. Amy was excellent keeping me updated throughout the hearings process. Jeff spent a lot of time during the pre-hearing interview answering all my questions and putting me at ease. Jeff wrote a pre-hearing brief to the judge, which in my opinion made the hearing short and simple. The judge asked me only a few questions and the hearing was completed in 40 minutes. Amy called to inform me the Judge made a favorable decision on my case and I would receive a notice in the mail shortly. I never post on ,in fact this my first time, but john and becca have done such a fantastic job with situation i feel have to return the favor by posting this. They were very informative and knowledgeable about ever step of the process. Every time I called with a question, they either answered my call immediately or called me right back. I know every situation is different, but with mine it made it extremely difficult to acquire the necessary information that legal entities need to investigate the claims but they were there with patients and kindness to help guide me.
