Wish I could put no stars, my husband and I needed help suing a gc that highly messed up our home project. It was all talk no action, no firm idea nor direction that was needed to address this situation. Wouldn't listen to what was needed to be done and the ways to be able to do so. Asked for a phone call that went terribly wrong and wouldn't hear what we were truly asking was stuck on the one idea he had for us, which wasn't our main concern at the time. Then proceeded to not return our whole retainment fee, just a particle amount. Wouldn't recommend using these people.

Eph Helton is over rated, me and my Fiance went and had a consultation with him a while back concerning child custody/Family court over my fiances daughter. He was rude and had the attitude like he couldn't even understand why we were even in his office, and the whole time we was there he was taking up for the opposing side we were up against, and said nothing could be done. Needless to say after we left we contacted another law firm and that law firm got my fiance sole custody of her daughter !!!

Evan took the time to get to know us, as a family. He checks in regularly. He makes us feel comfortable and confident in choosing him to represent us. You do not feel like just another client, or dollar signs. He is a genuine guy. I am grateful we found him.
