Pugh & Roach was a tremendous help dealing with very complex real property litigation that was ultimately resolved in our favor. Very, very responsive and easy to reach, and also kept us up to date on all filings from, and communication with, the numerous other parties involved. Very down to earth and honest with clients, and they went to court informed, prepared, and ready to advocate at each and every hearing (and there were many). They always kept their cool, even when I felt like I couldn't, and were always professional. Highly recommend.

Mr. Pugh was very helpful advising me about a precarious issue. He took a lot of time in our initial consultation and gave me much to consider. Even though I ultimately decided not to retain his services due to the distances involved, I felt that he was very honest and forthcoming. Under different circumstances I would have liked to work with him and his firm and highly recommend anyone to seriously consider using them for their needs.

I called their office inquiring about employment discrimination, and whoever picked up the phone was incredibly rude. While I was very respectful and limiting myself to answer his questions, at one point he interrupted saying he was going to have control of the conversation and I had to let him speak, because it was late and he was working during the holidays, apparently he was stressed. I told him I was just trying to answer his question and that he didn't have to be rude about it. He then said that "perhaps you should call another attorney" and hung up. I've had hundreds, if not thousands, of clients throughout my professional career, and I would never dare to address one of my clients the way this guy was addressing me. I had nothing but respect and patience with him. If he doesn't like working with people, he should maybe try another career. This was on 12/22/2023 at 6:03 pm

Amazing experience!! Best law firm I have ever had to pleasure of doing business with!! Tom has a great relationship with court system and he shows up on time and gave me all the proper paperwork to have to be ready for court!! Very very reasonable priced and will definitely have my business in the future
