I have used this lawyer twice unfortunately. If it is not easy don't hire him if you want results or a plea bargain don't hire him. He's good for a diversion, but you can do that yourself if you have a pretty clean record. His communication is absolutely terrible and he acts like he works with the DA. You would get the same results with a public defender.
