Horrible at communicating with clients on the case. And thinks because they are a lawyer they can talk to people however they want when you call to get updated on case. Very disrespectful!!!

I was very worried about my case. I called Joseph he answered and put my mind at ease. Great customer service

my friends mom hired him last week and he didnt even try. lost to a free lawyer and didnt argue any of the lies. charged her a extreme amount of money for absolutely nothing but excuses.

It seems that when I first left my review I never gave my reason why. In October of last year, we had a court date set that Mr. Garcia failed to show for. We were left in a whirlwind of confusion, thankfully someone we knew was there to help us. I left a one-star review shortly after. Then a few months later, Mr. Garcia had the audacity to send my family a letter stating that, because he is "a family friend," he did us a favor by offering his services for free. He then said he hopes karma comes around and gets me for the negative review I've given him. I can't claim this is regular behavior for him. Hopefully not. But I will not apologize for being honest about my experience with this "family friend."

The best lawyers in the city, very professional and concerned about their clients. Mr. Joseph won a case for my husband. I recommend them 100%
