I was part of a bad event and needed help out of my realm of expertise. The court appointed Mr. Strommen to represent me as counsel. He was thorough in informing me of all worst case scenarios which was not what one wants to hear; however, he was clear and concise to make sure I understood what may be ahead to come. Charles Ault-Duell I would like to sincerely thank my attorney, Atty. Charles Ault-Duell, for his excellent handling of my case, in which I was charged with fraud due to the "Willingly and Knowingly" case (KDOL/Overpayment). Thanks to his expertise and dedication, the case was acquitted in court. The "Willingly and Knowingly" case carried a 25% interest charge on the total amount I received from KDOL, which was $7,512. As a result, my total bill reached $9,390. However, through the Court's order, I was relieved of the 25% interest in the total amount of the charges. And fortunately, with the help of my attorney, I was able to submit a waiver to the court, which was granted, reducing my total by $3,000.
