I was referred to this amazing WM Law Olathe Office, and I highly recommend them to anyone! From the moment I sent an email to inquire about bankruptcy, the communication was exceptional. I had no clue what I was doing, I just knew I needed help, and this firm did just that, helped me understand the difference between all the types of bankruptcies and the process. They made sure I understood and provided me with an abundance of information. My personal attorney Ryan M. Graham (whom i worked with) and his team at WM Law Olathe are a phenomenal group of individuals! From day one they made this process as smooth as possible for me. They communicated with me every step of the way. I am so thankful I was able to work with this amazing team. Very disappointed in everything that has transpired with this firm. I did not want to go through with this originally, but was referred here, and to Jeff specifically, by a friend who used to work with him. I knew nothing about any of this and trusted the firm fully for proper coaching, insight, and best next steps along the way. First, I was sold on a Chpt 7.. Was told we would win that no problem and this would be such an easy case, and that I should definitely move forward with the filing. That was not the case at all. Paid 2300+ for the chpt 7, only to later be told it would not work.. Looking back, a huge blow to everything was during the meeting of creditors.. There was no coaching at all on how I should handle that meeting. Nothing about what I should/shouldn't say, etc.. Essentially, what I said, being as honest as possible, was used completely against me. Following the chpt 7 not working, I was then moved me to a chpt 13, which I had no idea came with an additional 5,000 charge to law firm. Communication with this firm was awful the whole way. Probably would have looked to drop this whole case then and negotiate with creditors, but had a meeting and was told this was the best way. I assumed I would be working with Jeff the whole time, but was always other people from the office or different attorneys that would step in. Never received the level of service or care from anyone other than Jeff, which was unfortunate because he was just never really involved, only from the outside looking in. Worst attorney who stepped in was Chelsea, as she was very cold and just did not care about the matter whatsoever. Seemed lazy and just wanted to get things moving and over with, and never wanting to move forward with best course of action that would be best for me. Fast forward to recently, and after they've been fully paid their attorney fees of over 7K, they allow the case to be dismissed, knowing it'd potentially be harmful for me, and tell me the day of that it's dismissed and I now have to figure things out on my own. Prior to that, when they were still owed money, they would find ways to extend and buy us time before we decided what best course was moving forward. It's fine, it's honestly been a dreadful experience and I was ready to be done anyways. Really just had to voice my frustration and experience here. There's likely better options out there, and less expensive ones, so definitely make a few calls before deciding on this firm. I honestly just believe these guys are flooded with business, and am sure they do well for many, but they just didn't offer that level of coaching and support a person may need, like myself, who has no idea what any of this entails and relies solely on the attorney, and firm, to execute and lead them in the best possible way. No real personal relationship, more of a transactional relationship. Just very disappointed in my overall experience. Was nothing like I expected, or was told would happen, and just set me back further.

Ryan and Michael were extremely helpful and thorough to deal with a lot of paperwork involved in a personal and business bankruptcy. It is a difficult time in someone's life going through something like this, and both of them made it easy. Much appreciated!

We had a fantastic experience with Ryan Graham from WM Law Office. He helped me obtain a Power of Attorney for my mom whose memory is failing and helped her file for bankruptcy. He was kind and compassionate with all of his interactions with us. He was very thorough and explained the process we would be going through.
