The only thing that' really going for them is the decor nothing more. The service is very poor. You would get buzzed in and no one at the reception greets you, they totally ignore you until you ask if anyone works there. The doctor's assistant is very crass, very ghetto and clear she has never worked in an office before. This place lacks polished & professional people to be in tandem with the decor.

Being in the service based industry ourselves, we were expecting exceptional representation from this seemingly "well-presented" law firm a few months ago but to our absolute shock it was exactly the opposite. The communication rapidly declined after the very first meeting (to the point there months will pass without an update) when a response was eventually provided in regards to an update or a question, however, what we were usually met with, were emotionally charged and unprofessional responses that were clearly uncalled for, as if they think they have the authority to speak with you as they please. Absolutely ridiculous. Long story short we had to eventually find another firm to handle our case that had a proper system in place to provide us the start to end legal support we needed to settle our claim. Turns out all that glitter's isn't "golden", so please do your research.

When you enter through the doors it is apparent that this is a law firm that is a cut above the rest as you are immediately greeted with decor that is steeped in splendor. You barely have time to take it all in before you are warmly greeted by the receptionist at the front. Within no time I was seated in front of a vibrant young lawyer who identified herself as Ms. Labeach who took the time to listen carefully to my emotion riddled rant while at the same time making note of the information she deemed necessary. Ms Labeach promised a phone call or information that was needed to help me make an informed decision as to my next steps which was delivered later that night. All in all very satisfactory experience in an industry where aloofness and haughtiness has become the normal mode of operation, this was a breath of fresh air.

Inside looking amazing but the receptionist at the front need to be trained, she locks good customer service i actually think she should go to the back rooms. But after getting pass her the service was that bad.
