Mr Tripp represented me in my disability case. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the patience he had with me. He was extremely helpful and supportive in explaining things to me. I was very impressed with the effectiveness in sending out paperwork and the way he prepared me when it was time for the hearing I was very impressed with the questions that would be presented to me what to say and what not to say and especially the video in getting me prepared for the hearing. I'm very pleased with his performance and would high recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney for disability.

I was compelled to write a review for Tim Tripp and I took a few moments to read the prior reviews for inspiration. I read through the good, the bad and the ugly and I have to say, I agree with the negative reviews as well as the positive. For the negative reviews, I must admit they made me really think about my own experience. Yes, Tim Tripp is blunt but he is honest. He is reliable, curt and has vast knowledge of the social security system. He may come off as rude but it is because he is the most straightforward person you will come across. Keep in mind, you are not hiring him to be your best friend, you're hiring him to win your case. He is the best disability attorney you will ever meet. He will see your case as it is and tell you what will happen and I'm telling you, it will happen. The first appointment, he told me exactly what would take place. It turned out to be a 2 year process but the sequence of events were exactly as he foretold. If you are not used to speaking to an attorney, it will be a rude awakening during your first meeting. You will have to answer questions in a certain way and I can tell you from personal experience, I did not answer the right way. He made me very self conscious and increased my anxiety because I didn't say the right thing. But I realized (perhaps months later after obsessing about how embarrassing I was in my initial meeting) he was preparing me for what was to come and how I needed to look at things. Take the emotion out and look at my case logically. Those conversations prepared me for my hearing and ultimately a decision in my favor. This is not an easy process and you need support along the way and Tim took all my doubts and anxious feelings about my case and put them into perspective. I am so thankful for everything he did for me. It was a LONG process but that is not his fault, that is just the system we are going through. If you are in need of a disability attorney, I would HIGHLY recommend Tim Tripp. If your case justifies a positive outcome, he will make it happen.
