I worked with Jenna Cruz. This law office is a settlement mill designed to get an offer quick. They are not trial lawyers, they are only qualified to send emails to reach a settlement. If you just want to settle and your case is an easy no-brainer win, they will send those fancy worded emails and get you your money. If your case has any slight complexities, or it's not literally a 100% slam dunk... AVOID THEM AND FIND A TRIAL WHO CAN DO MORE THAN SEND EMAILS TO INSURANCE COMPANIES.

This is my -5 star review. I contacted this firm after having a horrible experience with another firm in dealing with my complicated motorcycle accident case. Long story short, after about a year and a half of speaking to only paralegals and denied requests to speaking to my actual lawyer they decided to wait 3 months before my statue of limitations being up to tell me that they would not be representing me and my case. I reminded them constantly of my time running out and was told not to worry. They completely wasted all the time I had left just to tell me they refuse to go to trial. They were well aware of the complexity of my case and acted like it was something they were prepared to handle. I'm stuck scrambling trying to find a lawyer now to help me get the compensation I deserve with only 4 months till I can no longer make my claim. I feel I was entirely brushed off and there was no reason it should have taken them 16 months to decide they can't take on my case. If you feel like they aren't taking you seriously then they are not and I suggest looking for different representation asap.

Attorney Joshua Dewald did an awesome job representing me in my Worker's compensation case. He is very knowledgeable and works hard to get you the best possible outcome and I was kept informed through the whole process. He really cares about his clients. Josh Dewald was my lawyer. He cares about his clients. To get them the best possible outcome. On there lawsuit is very knowledgeable as well. Compassionate,caring,go getter. Doesn't take no for an answer! Gets the job done and great communication. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer! Would use Josh again in the future. Best lawyer i ever had for anything. Poopy and Abraham lawyers live up to their standards and their words your processor is smooth whatever they need they ask they take their time with you to explain how their procedures and how they would go guys were excellent and never were not able to stop and answer my questions no matter how many times you call they will return your call promptly this is a law firm you can count on if you ever need of any type of injury you can count on them thank you guys once again
