I've put in to try to get an appointment for a wrongful termination case. I have successfully sued 2 employers for discrimination and wrongful termination and my new case is almost identical to the one I have won before. They both were really discrimination lawsuits for my deafness. I have won the unemployment that the employer tried to deny me and I had them sounding stupid as chickens with their heads cut off. It's sad that when I know I've got a good case that Attorneys don't want to call me back, My ex husband who was a labor law Atty. would gladly take my case except he has retired from the bar and is not licensed to practice here in Iowa even if he was still practicing law. Even he said it sounds like retaliation has been going on in my workplace. Of course I can't tell the juicy details here. I'll try again and if no response, I'll have to start making appearances in the lawyers offices to get that appointment.
