Being unbiased of other reviews, Mr. Fallodori was excellent in the handling and finalizing of my divorce. We communicated to each other with respect as to what the primary objective in my proceedings would look like. At no point did I feel like he was misleading me or putting my position in this particular case at peril. Attorney-Client relationships are a two way street. He was honest in response to what different outcomes I could possibly be looking at. Considering different factors and outcomes helped me make decisions that would ultimately benefit all parties involved. His fees align with the effectiveness of his counsel. Ben was very helpful during my divorce. He took on my case last minute when I needed a new attorney. My court date was nearing and he was eager to help without hesitation when others did not want to touch my case. He responds to emails promptly and listened to my concerns. He was able to get my divorce completed. I would highly recommend him for any family law issues.

LADIES beware this guy hates women. !! If you love your children hire someone else!!! He loses custody cases on his female clients and will stop at nothing to destroy a mother's life! I dealt with him for 6 years in court. He set me up for financial devastation as the custodial parent, he filed twice for full custody of my daughter. Thankfully he lost. Ben files small claim suits against all female clients with any sort of balance but he allowed my ex husband to rack up a $15,000 bill! Ben refuses to take any action against my ex. Ben finally withdrew citing the $15,000 unpaid bill, submitting his attorney fee affidavit to the courts. You don't have to take my word for it, look him up on Iowa courts. Do your research! I promise you this is NOT who you want anything to do with.

Ben is a young guy, but he is far and away the most honest lawyer that I have found. Ive been through multiple lawyers and I feel that Ben genuinely cares about my situation and strives to uphold the highest standards of his profession. I would highly suggest to anyone that is considering retaining counsel that you consider Ben. He has been an asset to me in trying times.

Worse attorney ever two years into a divorce nothing resolved. Ben will charge hard without results. Ben will lie to you non stop..I have spent close to 20k and have to hire another attorney to represent me.
