Pioneer Law Office

Long drawn out case due to another state and that states lawyer being extremely behind and not communicating at all. My case is still pending in IA due to not considering all evidence and THEIR consultants. However, Thad despite what is going on, has dealt with everything professionally and has done an amazing job representing and submitting perfect letters and questions/evidence I am unable to put together myself related to my case. He is so thorough and makes perfect points for those involved with the decisions regarding my case with incorrect legal laws and my personal medical documents with sources without me having to inform him about important points. He just knows what is important info based on documentation. Michelle is INCREDIBLE! She always is willing to explain things to me as they are happening. She explains any questions I have about the process very promptly. She knows my case inside and out. She is willing to answer the same questions multiple times when I forget or need more explanation to understand. And they actually answer the phone even when Michelle is there instead of leaving a message and having to wait for them to call back. Thad and his office came highly recommended to me from friends and family. Despite my case being an absolute nightmare out of their control, the office is persistent and does everything amazingly pen their end. Can't say enough great things about them. But most importantly they personally know me, keep me posted asap with new info, and know my case and actually do everything they can because they care.

After 2 failed attempts of my own, Thad Murphy and his staff were able to finally get my disability claim approved! Don't try to do it yourself when within a couple months Thad was able to get me what I deserved after fighting it for over 2 years. They are friendly, courteous and very easy to work with.
