I was hit from behind at a red light in August of 2023. I went to David O'Neil for help. I just recently settled my case. I wouldn't recommend using Hauptman O'Brien Wolf & Lathrop. There were several emails and voicemails that went unanswered. On a phone call I asked about getting reimbursed for lost wages and prescriptions and David told me I needed to send him that info. I had turned in everything they had asked for 4 months prior. I caught David in a lie ( I have email proof) and he raised his voice and yelled at me to trust him. Funny enough the next day my case was done. I have never received any final paperwork or a thank you or nothing. That is very strange to me.
