I attempted to contact Woolard Legal three times. Once by phone and twice by email regarding a small claims matter but have not received a response. We work with multiple regional law firms in the Indianapolis area and spend more on legal counsel than we would prefer, but we were hoping to establish a relationship with a local attorney -- especially given their office is only a few miles from our home. While I understand if they are unable to take on small claims cases, I am disappointed that we did not receive any communication advising us to look elsewhere. Effective communication is very important when working with an attorney, and the lack of response was quite frustrating. I hope Woolard Legal considers the importance of client communication in the future.
