Michelle is incredibly nice to speak to when you can get ahold of her. I paid for a service . A whole week without any kind of update is insane to me especially being told that it would of been done on a Tuesday night and absolutely no response to texts, calls, emails and it's now the following Wednesday. I completely understand things get buried but to ignore someone who paid is not okay.
Maybe because I'm a lower income/lower paying client , that's why I'm not as important. I ended up requesting a refund. I'm sure I will at least get that back from her so that I can get an attorney who will fight for me and my children. Truly saddened by the experience because this is a really horrible time in my life anyways, and this was a time sensitive situation which Michelle herself acknowledged.
