I have not been able to leave my situation for a long time because I couldn't find help or understanding from the right attorney. I originally passed on Tom Lantz because I wanted a peaceful meditation and Tom seemed like a passionate pitbull, eager to defend me. I was so naive thinking a peaceful meditation was ever possible with my ex. Now I am serious about protecting myself and my son, I sought out Tom but he was retired. Such great people! Greg Morin was my lawyer and he done everything he could. I was happy with my out come of my divorce case. My ex was trying to keep me from getting absolutely nothing. He was so responsive to my emails, texts, phone calls. He was understanding and not pushy. He even dealt with me getting emotional in his office on our very first meeting. His assistant was very helpful too! Highly, highly recommend!

Tom is a no nonsense attorney. He helped me post divorce (with children) win a nasty custody battle for my son. The other team resorted to some of the lowest, bottom of the barrel tactics and Tom shut all of that nonsense down in the courtroom! My son and I can now relocate out of state, away from all of the toxicity and into a place where we are surrounded by love and support! In a custody battle there's really no win, but there is relief for us that we will not have to deal with hostile situations that were created by the other party because he was worried about the campaign for his public image vs. healthy coparenting. Tom knew how much was at stake, he was very concerned about our emotional well being (especially my son since he had been exposed to many conversations that no 7 year old should ever have to be part of) and worked diligently for us! I'll forever be grateful for Tom. We can rest now that I have full physical custody of my son! I highly recommend him if you are in the midst of any custody issues!

Tom Lantz is the best around. He is always in your corner and will fight with everything he's got to get you the best outcome. His secretary/legal assistant, Whitney has always been very responsive & came in on her day off just to help with last minute details before court.
