I was actually recommended to this law office. Poor communication. Filed multiple orders to continue my case without advising me. Helper of the competition in my opinion. Stay clear. Edit to response from owner: First off, that was the fastest response I ever received from you. Second, you obviously didn't deny anything I said. And plain blank told me that YOU issued a continuance because their lawyer wasn't ready. And third, representing myself has worked out better than anything you ever did for me. I at least speak up for myself when the time is right.

Just received a call from my loved one in the Delaware county jail. He had court today for a fact-finding hearing. Little over a week ago he had his mother take $1,500 out of his account and pay Brian Pierce to represent him. Brian shows up, tells the judge his family paid him to represent my loved one, and he hadn't even had a chance to speak with him. Judge asked him well how much longer do you need will 45 days be enough? So, $1,500 spent to sit in jail another 45 days shame on this person period if I could give a negative 1,000, you bet I would.

Horrible service. Can't even submit a plea deal. Works for the prosecution not you!!!
