I can't say enough about everyone at Vaughn & Vaughn!! Where do I even begin??! From the first phone call after the accident ,I was treated like family! All the lady's in the office knew who I was when I called,they explained everything in detail so I could understand.. Even when the case was over and I went to pick up my settlement,I had a long talk with with Elizabeth,about me as a person and was listened to and understood,and she truly cared. I could not thank Jillena, Mr. Vaughan and all of the Lafayette staff enough for all they have done for me the last 3 years! I was rearended while I was at a stop light. (Also 32 weeks pregnant at the time) they took all the stress away and handled everything while I was being treated for my injuries and taking care of a newborn (and a toddler). We finally settled just a little over 3 years later and I couldn't be happier with the service, time and effort they have provided for my case.

I submitted a claim online and got a call within 10 or so minutes, Unfortunately Kyle was unable to help with my situation but he was able to answer all my questions and was able to advise me on what the best plans of action could be moving forward.
