Brian W. Walker

I was very disappointed in Brian Walker. Each time we spoke I had to remind him about my case. His assistant made multiple errors in documents that I had to request be corrected. She even used a previous client's legal document when creating mine but missed changing their names to mine in one spot. Mr Walker did not review the document before showing it to me so he literally breached his own client's privacy! I still have the document and should probably file a formal complaint with the bar association over the incompetence. I do not recommend ever using him for an attorney.

Brian Walker has been my attorney in difference cases since 1989. My line of work and career got me involved with dozens of attorneys and legal cases throughout the years. I must have worked with more than 30 attorneys - so far. I can share the following with you about Brian: 1. He is by far the top 2-3 attorneys who represented me. I cannot compare him with the other top attorneys because they represented me in different legal cases. If I had to separate the quality of the top 2-3 attorneys, he would be the best in his expertise. 2. He is a tough and aggressive attorney. If he represented the other side against me, I would be worried. He fights relentlessly for his client's rights. Yet he is respectful and respective to the opposing side and the court judge. 3. He's got great ethical and moral integrity. If you are looking to go after someone in legal court but don't have a standing, Brian will tell you the truth and advise you to settle. Or else, he will not represent you. He prefers to represent people who you indeed good people and not out to hurt others. He is no hired hit man. He is a gentleman with utmost integrity. 4. He has a fantastic sense of humor. On a day when you are stressed having a hearing, he is the guy you want representing you. 5. I have also worked with many other lawyers in his law firm because of their different expertise. They are all A+ attorneys. The law firm he works at, Ball Eggleston, is one of the most respected law firm around. 6. Sometimes I lose it and get really angry sending Brian not-so-nice texts and emails. He doesn't take it personally or quit on me. He tells me to take the "chill-pill". Brian is super cool and confident. He was a starting guard for the Boilermakers and helped the team reach the quarter final of NCAA. The team lost to UCLA's John Wooden team that ended up winning the NCAA Championship. He is a super-lawyer as he was a superstar at Purdue. So far, Brian's record in presenting me in courts is perfect.
