if you're going through a divorce, and have no kids, and are splitting everything 50-50, and you want it to take so long you keep paying him with nothing to show, Mark is your guy. I had a lawyer before him, switched because it was taking to long to divide everything. He had all the paperwork, yet he did nothing with it for 2 months. If you want to pay him 2000 and get nothing, he's your guy. If you want to call him and ask him where the emails are that were sent 2 months ago, he's your guy. If you never want to hear from him or the other lawyer isn't able to get a response from him, he's your guy. If you want him to lie to you, he's your guy. He is the absolute worst divorce attorney, unless you have endless amounts of money and time. Otherwise he is great for prolonging the divorce up to years!! Save your money and go to someone else. He is not your guy

Mark is the best at drawing a case out to extort every possible dollar amount out of you. He will have you come in and pay for one on one meetings with him and never do any of the things asked of him during those meetings. He will bill you for countless hours for preparing yet he never actually does any. If you want someone that cares about the situation you're dealing with this definitely isn't the guy.

If you want a lawyer who actually shows up for court, Mark is NOT your guy. He canceled last minute, NUMEROUS times. After two years, non stop court cancellations by HIM, over $10k in lawyer expenses, including court prep for all the dates he never showed up for, I said ENOUGH and settled out of court. I felt like it was my only choice unless I wanted to keep handing him money for nothing. He also belittled me when I asked if a family member could join me for our sessions as an extra set of ears, saying, "I'm an adult and don't need anyone with me." I've never needed a lawyer before, but if I ever do again, it will NOT be him.

Receptionist was rude. $75 consultation and then the retainer amount is explained? I expressed I was uncomfortable with that and was shooed off with a "move along then"

I needed a lawyer for a support adjustment case. Went to him because of a reference and let me tell you it was a mistake. After paying the retainer and talking with him he said " it won't be an issue to resolve this with the 5 hours I paid for" then he immediately asks for a change of judge and now my court is I'm Fulton country. He used the entire 5 hours, mostly on preparing an appearances in court which we never made it to before he asked for another $1,000. I refused and asked for my file in which contained ZERO evidence of a prepared appearance for court. Absolutely do not recommend for anyone to hire this firm.
