Please take the time to read the negative reviews -- especially the ones mentioning how this firm takes your money and disappears. My experience was no different. My attorney, Kyle Beach, was extremely unresponsive, often taking months to return calls, and then billed me for those calls when he finally did. I'm deeply disappointed in how my case was handled. The only person who showed genuine care and professionalism was Emily -- and she's not even an attorney. My case was not taken seriously, and I truly feel like they took my money and ran. I have receipts to support everything I'm saying. I would strongly advise against using this firm. Please don't even consider this firm!

Ken is by far the hardest working attorney we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was very attentive to a very delicate situation. My wife and myself could never thank him enough for what he has done for our family. Ken recognized our difficulties and suffering and helped us with great compassion. HANDS DOWN THE WORST! WAS LITERQLLY TOLD BY HIS STAFF MY FAMILY CASE COURT DATE WAS CANCELLED (4 MINS BEFORE THEIR OFFICE CLOSED) TO FIND OUT IT WAS NEVER CANCELLED. LUCKILY I SHOWED UP AND SAT FOR 2 HOURS BUT KEN, MY ATTORNEY, DECIDED TO GO IN WITHOUT EVEN SEEING IF INWAS PRESENT AND CAUSED ME TO LOOK LIKE A NO SHOW AND MISS OUT ON MY SON. ONCE I CONFRONTEE ALL THEY DID HE SAID IT WASNT HIS FAULT FOR THE MISCOMMUNICATION AND HE SHOULDNT HAVE TO LOOK FOR ME. THEN REFUSED TO LISTEN AS INDISCUSSED WHAT ALL HIS STAFF DID. I CALLED 21 TIMES TO HIS OFFICE THAT MORNING WITH NO RESPONSE, NO CALL BACKS, NO NOTHING. NOT EVEN A CALL ASKING WHERE I WAS (all the while I was at the courthouse for my son). He said its not his job to call me. I said he worked for me and he said no he doesnt (yes he does.. I pay for that representation. In addition) never in my life have I seen such ignorance towards handling wrong actions let alone the way he speaks to his clients. As a professional businessman myself ive never experienced anything of this magnitude. Let alone be told its my fault for listening to his staff basically. I even had to have other attorney friends assist me while I was there because he never even looked for me once while I stood at the courthouse for 2 hours with my other son. RUN FROM HIM. FILING A COMPLAINT NOW WITH State Bar of Indiana. Will be attempting civil actions as well for the suffering we have experienced through this matter. My heart is broken over this and he tells me its not his problem. Well..... its going to be now. Ill use every legal avenue and my very large social platform to press this issue and this topic of concern.

Mr. Pearce took my money and didn't do anything for me. He never showed up to either of my court dates some other attorney from their office showed up, but I had to look for him and call the office to figure out where my lawyer was because he never found me. All he did was request a continuance. The second court date they only showed because they were obligated because I had already informed them I was firing them. I am combat wounded Vet with severe PTSD and I have severe memory loss. I needed up getting put in jail and left there for seven days. I could not get a hold of My Lawyer, I had my 17 year-old daughter call them and ask them to come by and see me in jail or call the jail so I could speak to them, which they did not. I finally bonded out and they had no excuse NONE... they just didn't come ... he told me he would take my two my cases for $4500 , I gave them $1500 ... and basically got robbed .... They sent me my itemized bill and it's basically just a few letters mailed and my consultation ..... and now some how my bill added up to $5400 ..... haven't even made to an actual court date .. those first 2 appearances were Pretrial conferences and I was given an attorney that I never met and that I had to go locate ... but your know what I did learn ??? That Mr Piesrc spent like to be called "sir" but I could call him "judge", "Lawyer"," Attorney ", blah blah blah .... Better off going with a public defender or pro bono lawyer .... Because this guy is a joke .... Im a disabled vet and only get my VA check every month and I'm out $1500 for his so called services ...

Does not reach out to clients. Does not give clients dates, times or correct court room to appear at. Very very bad communication skills. I would highly suggest a different legal company to represent your family.
