I cannot thank David Gladish and his law firm enough for all that he did for our family. Losing my grandson through someone's willful negligence is difficult enough, however, seeing the pain that his beloved fiancee, and their little children were, and still are going through was too much to bear. David became the warrior for them. He was the buffer, the shield, and the protector that they needed. He did not let anything slip by him, and everyone that saw him that day was impressed by his knowledge and strength. The defendant, though lacking remorse, got what he deserved in court that day, thanks to Dave and his team. If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me just say I was illegally arrested and Mark Schocke of Gladish Law told me he would fight for my freedom and to get me justice, then he told me he wanted to settle for 15k (about 8 K for me after he takes his fees) before he even deposed the guy that illegally arrested me. They basically just wanted to sell out cheap, never fought for me, and when i told him I didn't really want to setlle for 15 K he just dropped my case. Honestly, if they can't just settle and sell out with your case, don't even call them.
