Mike Vertesch is about as top notch as you'll get in an attorney. He's helped me multiple times through different challenges from divorce, to child custody, to real estate escrow agreements. This lawyer charged my sister $600 for an hour conversation and supposedly one hour of outside work on her case. He provided her with no itemized billing statement. Then proceeded to tell her she needed to hire him for $5000 up front, and he would return any unused portion. This was after he inquired about her $30,000 a year salary as well. My sister is a single mother with two children and has several health issues. Not very impressed with his ethics or his willingness to actually do the work he's charging for. She left there feeling hopeless without his assistance. Definitely wouldn't recommend unless you have extra money you're willing to give away.
