There are not enough words to express my appreciation for Siesky Law . Customer service is truly top tier. This law firm went out their way to represent myself in a case that they could have easily denied taking. Instead they represented me to the fullest and fought hard for me and they didn't stop until justice was truly served. Even when I wanted to give up, they did not!! Their kindness, patience and grace that they displayed deserves high recognition! They truly treat you as family. Never once did I go with lingering questions or concerns. Emails and phone calls were always accepted and or returned immediately . As a matter of fact I can recall a time Lane was on a weekend vacation with his family and took time out of his day, just to return my phone call about a concern I had . They were generous enough to send me a Birthday card and a birthday text which was so nice. There was another time that Lane even offered to take time out of his day to come personally pick me up and bring me in to the office. I can go on and on! Moral of the story they treat you as if you're family. Let me not leave out Heidi! She's a great asset to Siesky. Always pleasant to converse with and has excellent customer service. If you have a question, she has an answer. Heidi addresses all concerns expeditiously! She's truly patient and genuinely kind. Mr Lane Siesky I can't thank you enough!!! Sincerely. I'm truly, truly grateful for the time you and your team invested in me. It means the most. I will look you up if myself or anyone else I know, needs a lawyer. Until then, continue to BE GREAT!
