My husband and I went to this law firm in hopes he could help my husband. I would give this law firm...attorney Josh Huchison... a zero star review if it were an option. Josh is great at the initial consult, while making you feel safe and secure...making a scary and intimidating situation, seem like it is going to be ok. You write him a check and then...NOTHING HAPPENS. He pushes back court date after court date, promises to meet with you and discuss the case, but all that ends up happening is his incredibly rude secretary demanding even more money and threatening to withdraw from your case, if you don't fork up more money. When you ask for a detailed statement of all billable hours...they say they don't have to provide you with that. This secretary, also yelled at my husband through the glass window, demanding more money in front of many other clients! I called their office and asked for Scott Danks email address. I was wanting to make him aware of the situation. I was told that they do not give out any of the partners email addresses, very sketchy. So here we are now, 6 months later, $3500 gone, no explanation to how that money was used, and them seeking withdrawl on the case. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!! Read ALL of the reviews, especially ALL of the 1 star reviews on Josh Huchison!

I highly recommend Brandon Banks. He did an excellent job on my case and really fought for me. He was professional, easy to talk to, and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks to his hard work, my case was dismissed. What really stands out is that he also supports and works with the Haitian community here in Evansville. If you need a lawyer who truly cares, Brandon Banks is the one.

If you are looking for RELIABLE, good communication, and promised follow through then keep looking cause this law firm is not it. Had recent experience with Josh Hutchinson and it was not what one would respect from a lawyer. Countless requests to have phone conferences were left ignored or even worse scheduled and not upheld. Several occasions where phone conferences were arranged by the secretaries and then NOTHING to be heard from Josh. Call to the office to find out why and get responses "he's not available" and/or " he's gone for the day." Sending emails-it's a waste of your time because they won't get answered. This law firm is negligent, thoughtless, and lack any good communication skills you would want to represent you in court.
