Brian K. Smith Attorney at Law

Brian took my money a couple months ago saying that he was going to get my case resolved, he was fairly communicative for about a couple of weeks then he told me he was going to talk to the Prosecutor about my case and I've never heard back from him since. I've called and called, emailed and emailed, and can't get a word back from this guy. I highly advise people to go with a more professional lawyer.

Brian has been my attorney for years. I have used other attorneys when i was younger, and they were kind of Ho-Hum (just barely ok), but about 6 years ago I got myself into a little more trouble than I could handle... And also recently I did something to protect myself from being hurt. And while it was justified by many I talked to, it wasn't justified in the eyes of the law because I had a previous Felony. On both offenses i was looking at jail or prison time, especially prison time on the most recent. I thought there was no way I was going to avoid doing some time... But insert Brian Smith as my representation, and he did work miracles. He always eased my anxiety while I waited through his "Method of Madness" (which in Brian's way, is a very good thing). Besides representing me, he also guided me on steps I could take to better the chances of my outcome. I took his advice and did as he said, even though at times I questioned if it would even change a thing, but I trusted him. On the day of my sentencing, the judge told me directly, "Sir, had you not done all these things to try and better yourself, you would be looking at a much different outcome today (meaning I'd be on my way to prison). But instead I received a sentence of only house arrest, and all I did was kept my trust in Mr. Brian Smith, took stock in his advice, and did everything he said for me to do. Had I not listened to Brian, I would not be typing this review today, because I would be doing an extensive prison sentence... But instead, because of Brian's brilliance and knowledge, I am home typing this right now. This man know's what he is doing when it comes to legal matters. If you need an attorney and feel all is lost, call Brian Smith, because more than likely, if you call upon him as your legal representation, you will get a much better outcome in the end than you thought was possible! And, several times I tried to offer him more money... He never did take it and never asked for a dime more than when it all had started (and his fee was WELL BEYOND reasonable). Most lawyers don't turn down money... He's down to earth, fair, honest, and I will always be in his debt! oh yeah, in the beginning he told me he thought he'd be able to get me house arrest... I didn't fully believe him because I was truly in trouble, but he'd done good by me in the past. It turned out he was true to his word!
