Mike J. Yoder, Attorney at Law

This attorney is a clown, presented the details of my case to Rita his assistant. Rita was very nice and courteous, however when I got a call back from Mr. Yoder he was super arrogant and would barely let me get a word in. When I tried explaining how the officer lied on the ticket he immediately cut me off and said no she didn't lie. Let me remind you he has not even seen any details of the case. His demeanor alone tells me he is not going to be a good attorney. Remember people when you hire a attorney they work for you, of course they are the professionals and should listen to there advice, but don't let them belittle you and keep in mind all a attorney does is argue professionally.

Mr. Yoder is a excellent Attorney, he had my case disposed of in one court appearance. The results were much better than I had anticipated. I would recommend him very highly.

Told me to mail him info on a issue I was having told me he would take care of it, I dropped it off to his office, he did not do what he said he would, didn't return 3 of my calls after the matter which resulted in me owing $9494.13. He lied to me which destroyed my credit. Other then that he got me a year non reporting for a misdemeanor and charged me $1000.

Effed me over saying he's take care of the papers three times. He didn't do so either time now I out of a license for two year because of his negligence. He's just after money not to help people.

Mike helped me 17 years ago. He had experience even then. Most of these so called paid lawyers in Elkhart County have lunch with the same prosecutors that are trying to ruin you. And not to bargain in your behalf. They are no better than a free public defense attorney. Mike cared about my well being and did his best for me. He is a professional and a good human being. Highly recommend.
