He always takes the balanced approach and is known for this amongst his peers and judges, he's seen it all thousands of times and knows how it's probably going to go. It may come across as defeatist but he's just being realistic. That being said if a fight is forced he's a great personal champion. " "He's not out for blood, he's out for a reasonable solution. Other lawyers love to fight and promise the moon just to waste your money. Not cheap but he's also not actively trying to pump up the bill and waste time."
