I have been involved in 2 car accidents and my family chose Salvi and Maher for both cases. In both cases we were treated very well. Salvi went to bat for us and he made sure everything was right in the end. No need for trial, and his rates were fair and comparable (standard % based free, very fair). I was in a car accident last year March. The man I hit ran his red light. The accident did quite a bit of damage to the car and myself. Joe Salvi had to do quite a bit of arguing and negotiating with the at fault driver's insurance company. He never gave up. He was absolutely wonderful. Joe was kind enough to check in with me regularly to both update me and check to see how my treatments were going and how I was feeling. Salvi and Maher worked with me for the last several years after an accident changed my life. My case was very complicated with preexisting conditions and other issues that popped up but Kathy and Al Salvi worked very hard and were very thorough in their discovery and investigations and were able to get me a fair settlement in the end to help me get my life back on track. Kathy Salvi is one of the most compassionate people I have met and was always praying for me through surgeries and treatments, and always followed up to find out how everything went and how I was feeling. She is extremely caring beyond just the legal aspects of everything going on that they were handling for me. I didn't work with Al a ton but when I did at the settlement mediation (not sure if that is the right word), Al was like a bulldog and knew exactly how to handle the other side and wasn't going to give away that bone. He held out hard and pushed back and got me a very fair settlement.
