Called multiple times to make payment. Someone usually answers but then they transfer me and I sit on hold until an answering machine picks up. I leave name and # but I don't ever get a call back. Now I learned that my account has gained $4 interest that I know have to pay them. Makes me wonder if they don't call back for that purpose. Finally got a hold of someone today and he said I owed 132.00 at first but then changed what he said when I came time for me to make a payment to over $400.00. If you do call expect to be on hold for a very long time.

My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, commitments were not honored, and the overall service quality fell far below industry standards. Despite multiple attempts to resolve issues, the company demonstrated little urgency or accountability. A very pushy, money hungry company.

IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, I AM SORRY. these people are scammers. I have already paid off my debt with them since April, and here they come again, bothering me in July, asking for another $200. It's crazy, going over my court paperwork, I have paid them almost $100 more than what I initially owed. I have never made a late payment; in fact, I have made multiple payments ahead of schedule. They will charge you random fees, and trying to resolve the issue just means being on hold for nearly an hour.

I have an account with this law firm, unfortunately. Everything was fine the first year, I even noted down Bridget Smith who was very helpful. However, within the past couple months I have called continuously to try and reach someone who can handle my account. My call has been answered and then hung up on immediately a hand full of times. No one calls me back, so I have to call and sit on hold for another 10-25 minutes to reach someone again just to be transferred to the correct department and wait on hold further. If no one answers, the automated system forwards me to voicemail but when I leave one, no one ever calls me back. The people I've reached in my correct department recently have been very irritated and unhelpful. I've wasted an hour each time I try to call them to no avail. There's no feasible way to get a direct line to the department that handles my account and no feasible way to get any information whatsoever.

I get that this law firm does a job of collecting debt, but they are awful at their service and how they go about it. I do not owe a debt but I have been helping a mutual client get debt cleared, and it has been a poor service and process. Even with trying to pay this law firm, they have made it so challenging and frustrating to pay them that it almost isn't worth the trouble.
