If you agree with him on something make sure it's in writing or you will get sleezed. Upon dropping my retainer i let Doug and his secretary(s) know that I had a new legal counsel benefit. And once my retainer was nearing completion we would go over whether I continue with them or not. Long story short. I'm double texting. Representation is constantly late to the court calls. Not a SINGLE invoice for 5 months into my case. Then a random invoice not only telling me my 2500 was diminished but also another 3k racked up. No notice. No invoices letting me know my retainer is coming to an end. He's a very sleezy lawyer. They did not look over my financial affidavit and allowed them to be submitted incorrectly. Doesn't work in your best interest if he knows you have other options

I was terrified going into this whole mess and honestly thought the system was rigged against me. My ex lied about everything and made my life hell, but this firm didnt back down once. They fought for me and my kids like it actually mattered. The other side tried to twist every single thing and they caught it all and shut it down. I was angry, exhausted and ready to give up but they kept pushing and we got the outcome we deserved.
