To start off 'I had other options, but I chose this firm because of Patricia because I thought she would flight for me and my husband's truth, I was wrong. First it started out ok until she was promoted, then everything went downhill from there. So my case was switch to another lawyer who didn't care too much about keeping me informed about how they going to handle my case but kept billing me for continuance, and when we finally talk he was rude. As if I was bothering him. So next we have a trial, but in the beginning this was a open and shut case. Then the week of my trial I get a call stating they really don't know to much about my case because everyone quit and they didn't leave any notes behind. So now I have another Lawyer whose name is Brian Brewer. So now me and my husband have to explain what happen all over again. As doing so Brian started being very disrespectful that my husband had to check him about his tone toward me. At this point I'm nervous about how court is going to go because this been going on for a little over 9 mouths and we are at point of a trail date which is come up fast and we can not go to another firm. So my anxiety was up the roof I even cried about it and prayed that this court day goes well. By the grace of God things became our favorite. We started with$3000 as a retainer fee which they use for unnecessary reasons and then kept billing us after that. I had to learn that wait until they call you because I would keep getting a bill and all the count continuous for a small case that was not in person not one time and the trial was only a hour and 20 mins on a zoom chat. Long story short this firm don't believe in you and they are shark just to drain your account. Are total add up to almost $7000 and they trying to charge me a late fee even though we never received a email about are bill and this happen once before about the bill. I tried to explain to the lady Tamara Kozlova which was very rude over the phone that I never received any bill and that this bills way too high and some of these prices are ridiculous. She told me I need to pay it and I should be glad that some of the charges was took off so I got a good deal. This lady have a lot of nerves when she is not the one who had to go through all this back and fourth and roller coaster with this firm. We could just represent ourselves but the DCFs judge told us we needed a lawyer and I was just in a bad car accident around this time so I had to get myself back to health. This whole experience have been a lesson learn. I don't know how this firm has so many stars after how I was treated. I was going to recommend them to someone else that was going through something with DCFs but the way things was going I sent her to someone else.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this firm. I made my goals very clear--multiple times, in writing--and they've continued to ignore them. I recently received yet another update that directly contradicts the direction I explicitly requested months ago. It's disappointing and frankly exhausting to feel like you have to keep repeating yourself to a team that's supposed to be representing your interests. Communication has been inconsistent, and I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for attentive or responsive legal support.
