I strongly advise against hiring this firm for any child custody case. From start to finish, their lack of professionalism and poor communication made an already painful process worse. They were unprepared, disorganized, and seemed completely indifferent to my situation or my daughter's well-being. They double charged me bouncing from Stephanie Olsson to Sarah Merkatoris for financial files I already submitted. I wasted a lot of money on empty promises and little results. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any real care or strategy. Do yourself a favor and find a lawyer who actually fights for you. I hired Glasgow and Olsson to handle an appeal of a denial of my FOID renewal. The firm was recommended by the Illinois Rifle Association and I now know why.
