Terrible experience with attorney Jim Rodriguez. Used him a few years back for help on purchasing my home and ensuring all the private party purchase documents were in order. My home was supposed to be split off of a larger plot, and currently I'm paying taxes on 65 additional acres and it's been going on for years. The issue with Jim specifically is not only can he not complete the separation of the additional acreage from my plot and get the deed in my name years later, but that he chooses to ignore emails and phone calls regarding it. I'll be hiring another attorney to finish the process, and also hire an attorney to recoup my fees paid to Jim. Very unprofessional.
