Fred's Shoe Repair

I came across Fred's shoe repair because it was listed in a different website as one of the best in the business. I don't live in the state so I shipped my shoes. I will continue to do business with them. They let me know when they received my shoes , explained to me the process over the phone and sent pictures after they were done along with the shipping label. I couldn't happier with the results!

After my dog chewed through the cork foot bed and some of the leather on my birks, I was crushed. I took them over to Fred's Shoe repair and the gentleman looked them over and explained exactly what they could do to help repair the damage. I wish I had a before photo to share, because there's only one small stitch that's undone from where my dog chewed the shoe. Otherwise, the repair is perfect!!! The cost was extremely reasonable for BOTH shoes and I had them back in only two weeks. I am beyond pleased with the overall service received and am so grateful for such a professional shoe repair shop in this community! I will absolutely be coming back for all future repairs. 10 out of 10!

Called Fred's to get some advice on resoling a pair of Thursday boots. Very customer-service oriented. They took the time to answer my questions, offer advice, and provide some options. I will defintely use Fred's when it is time to resole my boots.

Took a old old pair of boat shoes that the sole was crumbling into pieces. And boom magic! Great service and ways that it could be brought back to life. The whole crew there does a great job.

I can't say enough good things about Fred's. Wanted to have my work boots repaired for the first time and after having an extremely frustrating experience several competitors I reached out to Fred's. The wait time, customer service and communication were outstanding. Contacted Jarrett by email a week before Thanksgiving. Just received my repaired and restored boots today 12/6. Back on my feet before the first snowfall (here). Thank you Fred's!
