Rafael is a top shelf litigator who cares about you, your children, and your case. Rafael is willing (and able) to go toe to toe with any Attorney, GAL, and/or Judge to get the facts in the open and heard. Rafael puts his heart and soul into your case - I never felt like "a client" and always felt he had time to speak with me. He comes to hearings prepared (unlike some who read motions as they are entering court) and, and I cannot stress this enough, he knows the law. Rafael works hard to achieve Justice in a court system. Writing this review is definately an honor, first off, Rafael represented me in a manner that is rare. He never once SPOKE AT ME, he listened and like a true Veteran he mapped out my case. He explained the areas i needed to focus on, as well as he gave me the opportunity to lean on him should I feel the URGE to say something stupid. At the end of the dust clearing, he negotiated my deal and it was something I could truly live with. Look, Rafael is a NO Non-sense type of lawyer, and to behonest I dislike the majority of lawyers---BUT, and this is a strong BUT---I am truly lucky to have him as a friend.
