Attorney Berns was very thorough and helpful when I had two car accidents. He was patient and I did win both of my cases.

I was falsely accused of a violent crime this year. I had never been in trouble with the law before, so this was a very stressful situation for me. Mr Berns came recommended through a family friend. He helped resolve the issue in a very expeditious manner. His fees were quite reasonable (I consulted other attorneys as well). Most importantly, the professionalism and proficiency he exudes inspired in me a high level of confidence, which helped me get through the ordeal psychologically. After the case was dismissed, I still had my personal property to recover. Chicago police had seized several firearms and ammunition at the time of my arrest. I didn't think I would ever see these items again, at least not without a lawsuit, but Mr. Berns made this happen as well. Just a few brief hearings, and I found myself at the evidence storage facility with my property in hand. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Berns to anyone.

Was referred to by others, but his service is very bad. They do not contact you at all about your case no emails no phone calls. Been about 3-4 years already and they still have me pending on the case. He also referred me to a physical therapist who said everything would be free until the case is solved, but now I'm 10,000$ in debt . I do not recommend this place at all.
