A highly unprofessional and disrespectful attorney. However, notice the five star review. Mr Kelly represented the seller for a property we just bought. At closing the settlement figures were wrong and we along with our realtor, our attorney, and the closer sat at the title company for almost 2 hours doing nothing because he was no where to be found to sign off on the change. This closing should have taken less than 30 minutes. We had people at the new house waiting for access. The realtor, who represented the seller, went over to his office to find him and no one was there, it was dark. He did not respond to phone calls, text msgs or emails. He should reimburse us all for our lost time and extra expense. That same day Patrick contacted me, apologize profusely and explained what happened. He wanted to make this right and he did. Every business has missteps along the way but a five star business fixes them immediately and takes their failures to heart.
