Can't recommend Joann enough. She did an excellent job all around with my sons speeding ticket. Very responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and effective. Explained everything in simple and straightforward terms, which was greatly appreciated. Always returned my calls and kept me updated every step of the way. Joann seriously sets the standard for excellence in the field, can't thank her enough for her legal guidance. Hope I won't get any tickets again but if I do need a traffic attorney again, Joann will be the first person to call .We also got the results we had hoped for.

Joann was great! I got a misdemeanor speeding ticket. She assessed the situation and came up with a plan. In court she exercised the plan working out the details with the prosecutor before the trial. Got my offense lowered from a misdemeanor. She was very professional informing me of what was going to happen. She even stayed with me until the fine was paid, surprised she did that. Very satisfied with her and would strongly recommend her if you are ever in need of legal representation.

Joann was an amazing help with my daughter's traffic ticket and was able to get her driving record cleared up. Also Joann was able to get her two tickets dismissed and was very attentive throughout the process. She has a great initiative to do the extra legwork needed to benefit her clients. First I would like to start off that I had a traffic ticket and this was the first time I ever had to contact an attorney. I had a list of 20+ attorneys that I called and got only three who returned calls/texts. Joann was one of them and was by far, leaps and bounds ahead of the others I had contacted in terms of communication. Her superb communication and professionalism put my mind at ease during this whole process. My case had a couple moving parts going into it. The ticket could potentially effect my future livelihood/employment, the type of ticket I received was a bit confusing for the area I had been pulled over, and the fines/potential license suspension had me worried. It genuinely felt like she cared about my case and worked diligently for my case to arrive at a good conclusion for me. I put my trust into her for getting the best she can for me and I firmly believe that if I had hired any other attorney it would have not ended as favorably as it did. Joann worked hard and got the ticket dropped. I feel I must reiterate, I firmly believe that in that situation no one else would have gotten the ticket dropped. Joann is professional, knowledgeable, and does an excellent job of explaining what possible outcomes are ahead. I 100% recommend Joann and if I ever have any traffic ticket troubles again, I will for sure hire her again.

Background on my case: I received my second DUI in 2007. My license was revoked. Over the past 15 years, I applied to receive driving relief four times and got denied each time. I also moved out of the state of Illinois. It wasn't super urgent to get my license since I worked from home but it was a nice to have. Now that I have my first child on my way, I had to get more serious about getting a license. That is where Joann Harms came into the picture. She took the time to learn my case. She also spent a lot of time on getting me prepared. She was amazing to work with. I only needed to apply for a formal hearing once with Joann as my attorney (fifth time overall) and I finally got the driving relief that I so desperately needed. My biggest fear was not being able to drive my wife home from the hospital after my daughter is born in April. This is now possible thanks to Joann.
