Coleman, where to start! Charged atty fees for assistant to do menial tasks. Assistant would not give me a single counter check so I could write any out myself, instead greedily drew them back and became so snarky I was embarrassed. Assistant is extremely rude, unprofessional, provocative, and argumentative. Even when I went in to pay their bill I highly disagreed with. Snarky, snotty, condescending, haughty, just awful. Even made a snide remark while I was writing out the check. I have never ever been treated so poorly by supposed professionals! Mind you I was grieving at the time as well. Nearly walked away from an account I needed their help with and hired them and was paying them for but for my refusal to accept it. Wldve cost us tens of thousands! Allowed insurances to be canceled costing me and my siblings more money. Too much to complain about here but safe to say RUN!!!

Had mark Coleman 1 other time defending me during an op hearing. Did marvelous won against that, great. However years later I need a divorce lawyer. Absolute trash. Missed 2 court hearings cuz of no notice or concern even tho I was required to show up and waiting or on my way to it. Ends up simply allowing my ex to get away with an egregious amount of everything including child support and now I can't afford any lawyer cuz of him. Still very much glad I got rid of him. He's only good if u fit the agenda. Absolute worst.

Called them twice as a new client and they didn't have the courtesy of calling me back. Called them a third time and was told that Mr. Coleman would call me back the following day at 11:30 am. for a consultation. As you might have guessed...that call never occured. If it's this difficult becoming their client, I'd hate to think how they treat their current clients. Thank you, but no thank you.

I would give zero stars if I could. The issues we had with Mark Coleman and his staff are too many to list. They drug their feet, used excuses such as being sick and the internet being down for 5 days in a row for not closing my father-in-law's estate. They were rude and refused to speak to me after I called the courthouse myself to find out if they were being honest (which they weren't). I found out from one of the debt collection agencies that his office lied about contacting them (his offices excuse as to why it took so long is because "there were phone calls and e-mails exchanged over those seven months", which was a lie). We requested a breakdown of the invoice at the end of July 2023, and we just received it today, November 1, after paying it in full back at the end of September. The invoice has 42 items dated in October, all after the invoice was paid. Had we looked up reviews beforehand, we wouldn't have used his office. Please save yourself the time, money and headache and do not use this office.

Steve Weeks is not reliable what so ever.... If you call him good luck getting a call back or him getting anything done for you. You'll be wasting your time and money.
